JNCASR PhD-MS Admission Notification 2012

Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, popularly known as JNCASR, Bangalore, Karnataka, has invited applications from eligible candidates for JNCASR PhD-MS Admission into regular and integrated commencing from August 2012. Aforesaid programmes will be offered in the below mentioned subjects of science & engineering streams.

JNCASR PhD-MS Admission Regular will be made on the basis of NET-JRF fellowship under CSIR-UGC or DBT/ICMR-JRF / GATE / JEST / INSPIRE or any other equivalent examination score followed by an interview, to be conducted by the Institute.However, in integrated PhD programme candidates will be selected on the basis of entrance test merit followed by an oral examination, to be held at JNCASR Bangalore only.

Note : Candidates applying for integrated PhD programme will be short-listed after the scrutiny of applications and called for written test.

Those applying for integrated PhD programme must send a Demand Draft of Rs 200 drawn in favor of Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, payable at Bangalore along with their application number and the area of research.
